Sharing my Power Automate template: SKY System Usage Tracking (RENXT/FENXT)

- Description: Allows tracking of system usage in SKY Add-In enabled solutions (RENXT and FENXT). Tracks items such as System Accessed, User, Record Type (Constituent, Gift, Account, etc), and Record ID . This can be in relation to those new to SKY-Addin enabled solutions, especially those that have migrated from Gen7 solutions and wish to track adoption of the Web View, or just general keeping track of who is using the system on a regular basis.

- Required connections: Built with Sharepoint in mind to actually log the usage, but can be adapted for Excel

This tracks usage/viewing and is not an auditing solution. This will track those that simply view different pieces of the system, but doesn't track changes. However, it does track down to the record level. This means if you find that a record has been erroneously updated, you can use this to narrow down your search for suspects.
