    @Hayley Moody love RAMP, however I have not figured out a way to upload the RAMP charges into Blackbaud so I have to do each one individually because I include the receipt onto each invoice.

    Thanks Cathy! We currently upload our credit card data by uploading the data into a Journal Entry and don't store receipts into Blackbaud. Per RAMP they have the functionality to do that. Thanks for your feedback!

    Yes we are. I am about to work with a Blackbaud consultant about a quick upload from Ramp to Blackbaud invoices. I have Ramp as a vendor and each month I have to put in all our credit card expenses as an individual invoice so I can attach the correct distribution and receipt to the invoice. We then approve all the purchases and create a Bank Draft payment on the day the funds get deducted from our bank account. Feel free to call me at work to discuss 203-421-3113 x5808

    We have been using the RAMP credit card, but have had no luck (so far) importing the charges/invoices into Blackbaud. I have an open support case and will share my findings. In the meantime, we have also been manually entering the invoices into Blackbaud and recording the payment as a bank draft.

    I am still manually entering all the charges into BB as an invoice with the vendor as RAMP. It is a pain. This summer when I have time I will figure out the quick upload.
