Copy and forecast budget with negative account values

I've tried to copy and forecast the budget using actuals through May and budget variance for remaining months to create next year's budget (starting point). However, we're in healthcare and have revenue contractual allowances that are entered as negative values into the GL and it won't forecast/budget these accounts. Any suggestions?

    @Colby Adkins Ok thank you for the follow up! We have a workaround however just wanted to see if anyone else had figured out how to let the system do the work.
