Blackbaud Budget add-in to Excel

I am trying to download the budget add in to Excel but I am getting an error that says Internet Explorer is not a supported browser and I can't get around it. Any tips to get this add in loaded to Excel?

    THis could be related to the version of office you have. When MS decommissioned IE 11 in late 2021, many users got errors based on the version of Office they had, as different versions use either IE11 or the new MS Edge as back end browsers to get functions like the add ins to work.
    Here is a KB on Microsoft's site that lists the back end browsers that are used per version / license type/ and OS : Browsers and webview controls
