Is there a way I can get my cash accounts to summarized down to one line in a report?

    you can get an account to summarize by default on most GL reports if you mark it's account code as a “Control” account down in Account Codes area. Marking the box as control will tell FE that you'd prefer this account to summarize by default on reports. You can also override this on reports by marking the option to force control accounts to show in detail, so you can get details when needed. Also you could just turn the control box off before running a report as well for details.
