Does anyone currently use Stampli for AP automation?

I would love to hear any feedback you could provide. What are the best features or your biggest frustrations? How was the implementation process? How is the support for accounting users and other users. Any input you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!

    @Crystal Ratering I don't have any specific experience here, but looking at using an AP Automation software to supplement our use of NXT. We're starting with the native integrations on the Marketplace (EZEScan, Pairsoft), but seems like someone like Stampli would be able to get an integration going as well. I'd love to hear your thought process on how you chose Stampli and if you're comfortable, the pricing if you have it. Happy to take this to a Direct Message conversation as well if that makes more sense.

    I've never heard of it. I do know that Paymerang integrates directly with blackbaud and has good reviews. We interviewed a few schools about it. We have not switched yet. They have a flat monthly fee that includes unlimited users, then $1 per invoice after the first 200 invoices in a month. They share card rebates with customers. A 2nd fee gets unlimited payments if you implement both invoice processing and payment processing.

    Ezescan never got back to us about pricing after an initial presentation and they don't process payments.

    @Jessica Cleland Hello! Did you end up going with Paymerang or did you end up using a different service? We had to put automating AP off for a couple years but are now looking to implementing something in the next year. I'd love to hear your thoughts if you did implement something. Thanks so much for your consideration ?
