change to eft email notification?

last week we noticed that our ACH file was not loading, due to missing eft emails. we have/had these setup in the bank information-but now some seem to have disappeared.

we also noticed that the vendors who had the eft email setup on the address/contact screen went through with no issues.

does anyone know if there was a change to this process? our vendors have gotten very used to receiving those emails.

    @Michelle Nielsen - I checked in with our products team, and we've not made any edits that would impact you like this…and if we had we would have let you know! It looks like you're working with Nick in Support to fix - I'd continue that and hopefully he can get you sorted over screenshare.

  • @Michelle Nielsen We had a problem with our EFT as well Aug 11th. It didn't remember all the emails and for some, it wouldn't save it when it was entered. It also created an empty file for the bank. I can't remember exactly what our bookkeeper did but she did get something to work eventually.

    I had the same thing happen please let me know if you figure out what is going on. I am only allowed to process on Wednesdays so hoping that tomorrow everything works like it should.
