Invalid Property Value - Over 2 weeks without data generating out of RE

For over two weeks, any and all data to be exported from Raiser's Edge NXT database view (ie. Control report for batch, address lists, thank you letters, etc.) I get the error message “Invalid Property Value.” Blackbaud support has not been able to fix it and I just get a we're working on it email every day. Starting week three now, I thought I would reach out and see if anyone else has experienced this and if they have any ideas for a fix. Also, any ideas as to how long tech will take to fix a problem that has basically deemed our database useless? I'm newer to this platform and have never had an issue this big.

  • @Mara Weber For us, the answer ended up being a strange printer properties error that was causing the whole thing. I don't remember specifically, and they helped me via live support so I don't have a transcript. I will dig around and see if I can scrounge up any more information.
