6 Day Cycle

Does anyone have a 6 day cycle? If so, are you able to print out a student and teacher schedule in grid format that lists the Day Labels (A-F) at the top instead of the days of the week (Mon-Fri)?

    This is a great issue you raised. We also have a six-day cycle and have the same issue. The grid reports for teachers and students only print the day of the week on the dates we select when running the report, not the day labels (we use #'s 1-6). I wonder if there is a fix for this? Does anyone know?

    @Susan Murray - There is no such build-in report.

    I wrote programs that generates the grid schedules (like EE did) for students, teachers, and rooms. It's not an easy task. (The programs are very specific to my school, and not available to others.)

    I don't believe this is possible for grid schedules. You can print the report “Student Schedule - By Date” which will display the day name if you've customized that field on the Rotation tab in the schedule set. But it's in list format. Oddly enough, "Student Schedule - By Day Name" references the day of the week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday etc.), which is only relevant for 5 day cycles. It seems backwards, but try Student Schedule - By Day if you need the actual Day 1 - Day 6 labels!
