Action Types Categorization

Hi all,

Unfortunately, I don't currently have access to RE NXT, but through previous experience, I know that the various kinds of actions included Meeting, Phone Call, Email, Mail, and Task. Once RE NXT came out with its new reporting mechanisms, I seem to remember that Blackbaud automatically categorized Meeting and Phone Call actions differently from Email, Mail, and Task actions. But I cannot remember the terminology. Was it “high touch” vs “low touch”? If anyone is familiar with what I'm looking for, I sure would appreciate the help in remembering the terminology and difference. Thank you so much!
