In Altru, Can anyone tell me how to pull a report to identify first time donors and percentage who donated again? I haven't found any relevant info in knowledgebase

Use the Giving Dynamics report. Run the report, then export the results for further analysis.

I ran that report which is more about repeat gifts from donors but not necessarily first-time donors, right?

Per Altru's documentation, "

•

New — Constituents with a revenue transaction during the later period, but not prior to the later period."

If this report does not meet your needs, then you will need to create a smart query. There are videos on YouTube on creating a smart query.
