Has anyone connected to files.blackbaudhosting.com via Microsoft Power Automate via SFTP-SSH?
Hello, I need assistance connecting to BB's File System in Microsoft Power Automate. Is this possible? We would like to automate some things but the files are stored in files.blackbaudhosting.com, and we would like to connect to it from Power Automate to create a flow. BBSFTPEdit.png

But I keep getting “Bad Gateway" error:

looks like you are on Blackbaud hosting instead of Blackbaud azure hosting, so the post referenced is azure hosting, so I don't know what might be the issue otherwise.looking at your screenshot, it looks like you did not check the checkbox for “Disable SSH host key validation”, try checking that checkbox and see

@Alex Wong I apologize, I believe I figured out the issue. It was asking me to create a connection reference instead of a connection. I have yet to get any errors or a bad gateway error. The error message was saying: “Some of the connections are not authorized yet. If you just created a workflow from a template, please add the authorized connections to your workflow before saving.”
edit: Now I'm getting the bad gateway error again. The error message I got was: Test connection failed: Bad Gateway.

Hi, you may want to hold off as Blackbaud is having a lot of issue right now, and it's hard to tell if the issue you are having is on Blackbaud's side.1 -
Will do. Do you happen to know if what I am trying to do is possible? I have tried BB support on this but they have no idea & tell me they need to do research. Essentially I am trying to connect to files.blackbaudhosting.com from SFTP-SSH on Microsoft Power Automate, I have not been able to get a stable connection. It always leads to bad gateway.

Yes you can connect to blackbaud hosted file through SFTP using power automate and take exported csv and/or pdf, etc into the power automate flow and do whatever you want with it: load the csv into a data warehouse, massage the csv data in a way you like to “display” and send it as an attachment in email,0 -

Do I have to use excel? All I need to do is grab files(Access database files) from files.blackbaudhosting.com & move them to sharepoint.0 -

Gotcha, for some reason no files are listed in power automate. I believe it’s due to the bad gateway error I keep getting.0 -

Hi, as of this morning Azure SFTP seems to be working now.You can try again, however, if you still getting error, please send some screenshots of your flow action and error message.
