Queue Files Not Saving to Hosted Folders?

I thought I would check here first before going to support because I know many of you use Queue for Power BI. My Queue outputs from Exports returns an error today and says it can't find my folder where I have always saved my files. This has nothing to do with the FTP and I had issues this morning trying to even get into my Hosted Files folder through NXT. Anyone know if something changed recently? Where should I be saving these? Did anyone else experience this?

Reason: Export path not found\\\\S21.blackbaud.net\\RNX01TenantFiles\\XXX.

    I contacted support already about this.

    They are telling me it is related to this incident, so i'm monitoring it:

  • @Alex Wong- THANK YOU! I viewed the Blackbaud status page but it was so vague I couldn't tell if Queue/Hosted Folders was affected. It's definitely putting a cloud over my work day today. I hope it is resolved soon.

    All my scheduled Queue is failing with Path not found.

    If you run the queue on demand (Run Now). it will work. That's what I'm doing for now for my 4-hour sync.

  • @Alex Wong- yes, thank you for that suggestion. That's what I'll be doing tomorrow if it isn't fixed. It just hogs up one of my instances when I do that because it runs like you are running it manually. ?
