OneRoster /users endpoint returns 0 users (an empty array) for multiple schools

Today the /users endpoint started returning 0 users for a number of schools I work with.

Querying the endpoint for 10 different schools returns these user array lengths:

0

0
0
0
0
0
1954
0
0

Is anyone else having this issue?

    @Eric Eskildsen This is an issue that was reported to our team earlier today and our developers are currently addressing. If you run into issues like these the best thing to do is report to our support team so we can include your examples in the defect and report back when the issue is resolved

    For reporting, I remember we talked about that earlier this year. To be honest, I haven't been able to figure out how to do it! I seem to be blocked….Here's what happens:

    Live chat: I just get an empty dialog…no controls or text at all. See screenshot. This is at the support URL below. I've tried in several browsers.

    Phone: I dial 1-800-468-8996 and choose option 1. It requires a site ID. I enter the SKY Developer Cohort site ID for my developer sandbox account. It says that ID isn't eligible for phone support and recommends using the chat.

    Is there another way I can get through?

    @Eric Eskildsen Currently it looks like chat is your only option for creating a support ticket however I am unsure why it would show a blank box when launching. I'll continue to look into this for us through the ticket I opened for you.
