LMS Assignment Calendar View Default Option

I'd really love to see an option to customize my assignment tabs so that my default view is a calender grid. The list view is confusing and can be hard for both faculty and students to navigate. The calendar grid is significantly more user-friendly, but it's really annoying that I have to toggle it on every single time I go to a tab.

    @Diane Mulligan you can set it globally for all users (not sure if that is what you are looking for). Academics > Grades > Grading Setup > Assignment Settings. We made sure to solicit people first on the preferred option, then sent a follow up email when the settings changed.

    @Carolyn Stevens thanks, I know it can be set globally, but that's not what I'm asking for. It would be a useful individual preference setting. We can individually customize much of the view of the page, and the calender view would be a nice thing to set as a personal default.
