Hi there…is there any way for me to view what a user has been doing in FE NXT? Basically I am looking for user audit trail report. Thanks!

    there's not a pure report that lays out everything a user did, but with query in database view on records & the list view in web view, you can get a list of records that were added by users and the days they did it, as well as date last changed. In a query, usually the last field is called properties, so an invoice query, the section would be called Invoice properties. You can use the fields “Date Created” & “Added By” , to filter on a user, and the date it was done. These same fields are natural filters in the list view in webview , and you're able to filter the list view just like a query. With both ways, you can export out a list of the results.

    @Kevin Brazell What is “List View in web view”??? I see no such selection item on any menu in FE NXT. Very confused.

    that is the first page you see on records like Vendors , Invoice, or Accounts, Projects in webview. It “lists” those records
