Unable to set receipt number on gift creation

Hey folks, hope you are all doing well.

I've been tasked with setting up our integration with blackbaud to link the tax receipt numbers that we generate as part of our software with blackbaud upon gift creation.

We are using the v1 CreateGift api. Which does allow you to provide `receipts` information to the request, however unfortunately doesn't allow you to add the `number` as one of the parameters.

I've looked into potentially using the EditGiftReceipt request, however that requires a {receipt_id} which is not returned when the gift is created. Thus I have no idea how to get this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, if this is not the right place to be asking these questions, please let me know where the best place would be.
