Internal Communications Regarding Student Visible only to Selected Users
Is there a way to create a small group (US Dean, US Head, Grade Leaders) that can share internal notes about a student but only for their eyes? We use Official Notes often, but I can't find a way to make the recipient group small. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place. It would be similar to co-teachers sharing notes about students in a shared class.
I don't think either is an option. Thanks for anyone's insight.

You should be able to set up a monitoring team so only certain people have access to the official notes. We have it set where teachers can submit notes but only the teacher and the monitoring team can see the note.
