Missing "Manage" Page (Education Marketplace Via Developer Sandbox)

Hi and warm wishes to all.

In the education marketplace, I don't see the "Manage" page when working out of the SKY API developer sandbox application. I'm hoping to confirm, is this just part of the sandbox environment, and will customers be able to see that page and add our application as a connected app (by using our application id) ?

Just for a bit of context, we just want to make sure every customer has a smooth experience.

If I can post any more details, please kindly let me know. I'll also post screenshots of what I believe the customer interface is (1st photo) versus what I'm seeing in the sandbox (2nd photo). I think the customer view can be seen as on this page: https://webfiles-sc1.blackbaud.com/files/support/helpfiles/marketplace/content/plat-market-connect-app.html

Thank you so much for your help. I hope you all have a great weekend !

    Hi @Champion AI - The “Manage” page is only accessible to environment administrators of the environment that is selected within Marketplace.

    So for example, the first (Customer) screenshot would be for a customer that is logged in with an account having environment admin access to the environment chosen when opening the Marketplace (or automatically chosen if the user has access to just one environment).

    The second (Sandbox) screenshot is for a user that either does not have environment admin access to the environment, or doesn't have any access to any environments.

    Hope this helps!

    @Champion AI
    The SKY Develoer Cohort environment is handled differently. All users are ‘virtually connected’. Here is a blurb from the email usually sent out to users added to the Cohort environment.

    Note that we do some special logic on the back end to virtually "connect" any SKY application you define to the SKY Developer Cohort environment so that you can make API calls in the context of your application (meaning, your application can request/receive OAuth tokens). You can also use the SKY API Console application to test drive the API and make live calls (accessing that Cohort environment) without writing any code. Finally, we also virtualize any SKY add-ins that you may define as part of your SKY application so that they will appear in-product for you (but not other developers).

    Since the application is "virtually" connected, you will not see the SKY Developer Cohort environment listed as a connected environment described in our documentation.”
