Assignments without a due time

Hi!

Our code is currently assuming that any assignment with a due time component of “23:59:59” (after timezone adjustment) in the due_date field should be considered as “without a due time”, because that's the behavior we initially saw while testing the API, a while back.

We're currently seeing some assignments appear with “23:59:00” for a school, without the ability to verify if the teacher manually entered that time.

What should be the expected time portion of an assignment's due_date when it doesn't have a due time?

    In case someone is looking for the same answer, Blackbaud support confirmed to me that the expected time portion should be “23:59:59”. We'll assume that instances of “23:59:00” we saw were because a teacher entered that value instead of unselecting a due time.
