School Counter Signs Contracts

Our lawyers have suggested that we counter sign all of our enrollment contracts. So that after the contract is signed by the parent or responsible signer then the school signs the contract. Does anyone do this and if you do - how do you do it. We use a tuition management contract.

@Helen Snyder In the contract settings, you can choose to include the school signature. We use the Head of School's signature.

@Helen Snyder We also use the signature in the contract settings. We use the CFO's signature.

@Helen Snyder we have a signature in the contract settings also. For us it's the Head of School. The signature does not get added to the contract until the school processes the contract.
