Hello,

I'm looking for orgs that have Colleague as their ERP and Raiser's Edge as their fundraising software. Our campus is moving to Colleague and I'm trying to get ahead an start discussions about possible integrations for a variety of data our engagement and development staff will need.

    @Lara Couture I may be mistaken, but I'm not aware of any direct connectors for Ellucian Colleague and RE. If I am correct, then you would most likely want to manage that with file-based options. I would recommend looking into an option such as Importomatic (from Omatic) or Importacular (from Zeidman Development). Both of those tools would allow you to customize your import to clean the data as it is entered, match to records already in RE on a variety of criteria and standardize your field entry. They have very different pricing models and different types of support/onboarding, so it would certainly be speaking to both of them to see which would be a better fit for you.

    We use both Ellucian Colleague and RE and Import-omatic is our companion application to import recent graduates every semester. Since we've been using Import-omatic the imports have been much cleaner and seamless. I am not aware of any direct connectors for the two products.

    @Michelle Norfleet Thanks for the input. This is what I figured. We do have ImportOmatic and I love it. I was asked by my leadership to see how other institutions are handling the two systems.

    @Christine Robertson I was just hopeful that the two systems would either play nicely or there would be a magic solution. We do have ImportOmatic and I love it.

    This is an older thread but we are in the final stages of bringing up Colleague (SaaS) and use Raisers Edge NXT. (I'm not sure if you run RE on prem or in the cloud - we moved to the cloud a couple years back).

    We have the same need for integration and have looked at Omatic for import/export - and it looks like it will likely work well for person records - but are not sure if it will meet all our goals for accounting integration - did you do any integration of GL or other finance entities between RE and Colleague with your work?
