Change constituency code
Hello,
I am looking to change 15k records' cons codes. I'm still learning CRM and come from NXT where I know I could do a global change or export record IDs and update via import. What is the recommended process to do this in CRM?

Hi Jovana,For user-defined constituency codes, there is a global change that exists for you to use. For the system-defined codes (like Prospect) the OOB global change wouldn't drive those because they're populated based on something else in the system. Hope that helps,

Thank you! I see a “delete user defined constituency” and then one to add. I am looking for a way to change - if possible.
I tried to export the system record ID for the cons code in question and reimport it with the new cons code but it created a second cons code with the new text and kept the original.0 -

@Stacey Segal Do you know if there is a way to bulk change the prospect code? Trying to find a way to ensure new folks identified through research get marked as prospect but not one by one. Thanks!

@Gabrielle Kulcsar I believe you're with USNA? If so, you can use the DataLink tool and an Odata Feed from a query. If you need help with that, please let me know! I can get someone from the team to walk you through it.
