Hello Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT Community, is there a control, permission, or equivalent that can be toggled to prevent entries with a specific Grant ID when enabled? We are looking to see if this functionality is available so that fully closed grants will not be accidentally posted to (e.g. expenses). Thank you!

    in your database how are grants being tracked? Are you using projects to do this, or a combination of the Grant record linked to a Transaction code ?

    Hello Kevin, grants are tracked with the grant ID linked to a transaction code.

    Thanks for confirming. So it's the T code that is used in the entries, so any particular value is from your T code table and those can be made inactive, once you don't need them. It could be turned back on the same way , so if you don't want other users turning them back on, it would be good to double check group rights to the table entries section.
