Automatic Download of BBMS Transactions

We presently download BBMS transactions daily by logging into the BBMS portal, configuring the download by date range and grabbing the file. Does anyone have a method for automatically downloading these transactions. Official word from BB support is this is not possible. Analysis of the Payment API in the Sky API indicates the Payment API is not for what we are wanting to do. Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

    Hi, as you are already told, there is no way to use SKY API to get a list of transactions right now. Strongly encourage you to go to IdeaBank and search / vote or add new Idea on this.

    However, I wouldn't exactly say there's no way “around” this. You can look into Power Automate Desktop, which can automate a user using a desktop. So you can automate “signing” into BBMS, clicking into transaction list, and clicking download, which your browser can be set to download to specific location in cloud stoage (i.e. OneDrive/SharePoint), which another Power Automate (standard cloud flow) can then pick up and do whatever you want with the data.
