Hi! Does anyone have a detailed standard operating procedure document created for Blackbaud Grantmaking that they could share? I want to create one but was hoping I didn't have to start from scratch!

@Emma Geers I am sharing a document our organization had created in 2019 and predates me. It's covers some policy and procedures. I am in the process of updating this since we don't do some of these steps anymore or changed the way we do them. Hope it's helpful.

9. Activities: If it is NOT in BBGM, it did not happen!

a. Add ALL activities (calls, appointments, emails, etc.) for contacts into NXT and grantees into BBGM. BBGM and NXT are your workspace.
