Transaction figure on the Email Campaign stats

Hi. Is anyone else getting this bug? We have just started using the Mail function RE NXT to send out appeal emails with links to our Web Donation Forms. Our fundraising dept has queried the infographics because it shows zero transactions when we know there are. The 0 is blue so indicates a hyperlink and when we click on it there is a list that shows 4 transactions. I have checked our records and indeed these are transactions through that appeal. Helpdesk cant seem to grasp that the number on the infographic should be 4 and also on the header on the pop-out list not 0.

    @Rijusiddha Drewett Is the ‘transaction’ possibly looking for a specific type of gift? Sometimes BB has defaults for what is included that do not match what is expected.

    Are the gift transactions completed/processed/approved? Just a thought.

    Yes they are all processed and approved. I have got the helpdesk now to send it to the hosting team to look at. Its just weird that the list is there on the right showing transactions, that are correct. If there was nothing there and we were still convinced there had been transactions then yes possibly could have been a flagging set-up issue. Good point though. Thx
