Merchant Services, Suspect Transactions
Why doesn't the Knowledgebase define what this means? How does one report to BBMS a suspected fraudulent transaction? The BBMS page has NO option for contacting Blackbaud about transactions there or to ask a question about suspected fraud. And yet, I have two supposed gifts from people in NYC with no address and whose prior attempts to use a fraudulent card # were flagged by BB. But BBMS let them come through to Online Express.

@Crystal Bruce I'm also curious, I had a recent large Online Express donation from a bank account; the donor, who was new, asked for a refund, The last name entered did not match the email last name. How would this be reported and investigated and by whom?

@Kathleen Mone - Here's a help doc that explains what a Suspect Transaction is and how you can approve/deny a suspect transaction. If you suspect a transaction is fraudulent, I recommend rejecting it.
