Generating Acknowledgement Letters

This is a pretty basic questions. The system does not automatically generate a gift acknowledgement for gifts entered manually. I think I stumbled across a place where they were held that I could send them all at once from. Is this true? If not, how do I send an email acknowledgement for a cash/check/stock transfer gift? Thanks.

    @Karen Parrish - Welcome to the BB Community Forums! This is no longer a feature that is available directly within RE. In order to email an acknowledgement you have a couple options:

    • Export the data and manually merge letters; then send them out via email.
    • Utilize Power Automate to build a flow that gathers data from RE NXT, merges the letters, and sends them via email automatically. (If you don't have the time to build this yourself, check out AutomateGenius - we can help!)
    • Utilize a Third Party application from a Blackbaud Partner to accomplish this (e.g., Letter Box from RedArc).
