2 Stage Application - Not Invited to Stage 2

Hi! I am setting up my first 2 stage application, with a Letter of Inquiry as (Stage 1) and then possible invitation to Application (Stage 2). I am in the testing phase and it seems to be working well, except if I don't want to invite an applicant to advance to Stage 2, I am not able to “Decline." What is the correct process for this? Thank you!

    Hi Sara - if you have generated a stage 2 form and wish to decline the request before the form has been submitted, you cannot do that through BBGM functionality. You will need to ask Blackbaud to do this for you. You should be able to decline stage 1 before you have generated a stage 2 form. If that is not working, I'd recommend raising that as a support case.
