Processing Inquiries

I'm wondering if anyone else is having a problem processing inquiries. This started yesterday for us.

  • @Amy Roberts Yes, we are. Our admissions team just came and asked if the system was down. They have reached out to support via chat.

  • @Scott Chrysler and anyone else experiencing this issue. BB support is working on it, but for now, the problem is processing without email addresses in the email field. The suggested workaround is putting in a fake email and deleting it in core afterward.

  • @Amy Roberts Yes, major problems with inquiries across the board. I've reported two bugs to support on different issues today. It isn't just you. Hopefully sooner rather than later because this is pretty mission critical to our outreach to prospective families.

    Yes, as of Jan 9. Reached out to support and they're working on it, but also gave me a temporary workaround. From support:

    The issue is the inquiries are not processing unless the email address filed is filled in for the users. As a temporary workaround you can enter the email address manually and then remove it after the fact.

    Email isn't required for all parties so we get forms with that field blank. Solution worked for me when processing the inquiry (Edit Users), so give it a try until this is fixed.
