Credit Card Feed

We have not been able to reconnect our credit cards since the Yodlee update last month. Blackbaud is telling us to enter everything manually and that it could take months to fix. Is anyone else having the same issue?

    Yes and BB keeps saying that our credit card provider is at fault. My problem started when I as unable to connect a new credit card. At that point in time my other 4 cards were connecting and transactions were loading for processing. BB's solution to my one card problem was to push out the Yodlee upgrade to my account. That immediately disconnected my other 4 cards. I now have the cards connected but the transactions will not load.

    Does anyone have any ideas on how we can come together as a group to pressure BB into a solution?

    We are having the same issue. It comes up with a different account than any we have had. Did you find a solution?

    We are having the same issue. Blackbaud FE seen no to care. we still waiting for solution since last month.
