Audio / Sound Alert for Chat

It would be really nice if there was a sound alert each time chat support sends a message thru chat. I cannot tell you how many times I have been waiting for support to join the chat and I go on working and inevitably the chat window gets pushed to the back of my work and I forget I am waiting on them and then I missed them. I wish there was a sound when they entered in a message on the chat. I think it used to do that before. But I know most of my other chat engines have the feature and it is a wonderful alert to bring you back to that chat window.

    @CHRISTA DRAKE Hi! Your feedback was passed along. I did want to pass along their response! Your recommendation will be considered for future development, but in the meantime, while there is no sound alert, the Blackbaud tab within your browser tab will flash when Customer Support has responded to a chat. Thank you again for posting!

    @Crystal Bruce is that a new feature. I have never seen the tab flash, also that is not horribly helpful when the tab might be behind other work while customers are waiting for a response from chat support. Its also makes this feature not very accessible friendly to those with ADHD or are neurodivergent and have issues sitting and staring at the same screen when waiting for someone to answer. The sound pulls you back into the task at hand.

    @CHRISTA DRAKE On my goodness, thank you so much for asking this! I asked my chat support person the last time I chatted about how to turn on the chime, but they didn't know. It did used to make a sound, it is not your imagination! But yes, I have had chats close so many times because I missed that there has been a response. I try to wait for replies, but they take a while and I have so many other things to do or someone needs help with something.
