Web link for a scheduled program not displaying current date's event despite sales period ending

Hi everyone!

I'm not sure if someone has had a similar issue, but would appreciate any help! To handle our online admissions, I created a scheduled program (registration not required). Since our admission is a day pass, each event runs from 10am to 5pm with an online sales on-sale period that ends 420min after start so that folks can buy the ticket online at any point during our open hours. Under “manage program forms” in the “Web” section of Altru, I copied over the “master url” for the scheduled program (being careful not to copy over a url for an individual event day). Despite putting up the master url for the scheduled program, when someone clicks on the registration link the web form will only display the date for when we put it up on the site. It's as if the web link is frozen at that day even though the on sale period is long past. If I understand correctly, if you're using the master url for the scheduled program and not a link for an individual event, the web link should default to the current date and time correct? It would move forward with the next day after the previous day's sales period has ended right? Has anyone experienced this and found a solution?

    It looks like you are still having this issue. I am pretty sure it should default to the next available date. Unfortunately, I don't have a solution. Try chatting with support. They are always very helpful.
