Any way to move donations that come in on an NXT form to a database batch?

I am pretty sure this is just a hard and fast ‘No’ but I thought it's worth asking. We normally take all of our donations through online express forms and then link constituents and move them into a batch for processing (validate, commit, then a report for finance and post to GL -which is FE). We've just got a new website and apparently for our website admin it's a lot easier to use the URL from the NXT forms with this new site than to embed Java script from the online express forms as we've always done.

    it's a hard no. RE NXT donation form transactions goes into RE NXT webview batch, and until it is approved (meaning committed).. it will not show up in the database view batch

    @Alex Wong Thank you Alex. As a follow up then, am I able to post batches that are created in RENXT to FE? Or do I still need to move to the database to do that?

    @Chelsea Smith The batches created in webview land in a folder titled Web View Batches. The batches are in RE just like any other batch and post to FE just as the others.

    There maybe a confusion here on the word “batch”.

    RE NXT web batch are gifts that exists but doesn't exists. Meaning before the RE NXT web batch is approved…you can actually see the gift showing up in the constituent record on web view ONLY. It does not exist in RE database view as a true gift record. RE posting to FE can only be done in database view on true gift record.

    After you approve the RE NXT web view batch. The gift record is now truly exists in RE (both web view and database view). RE posting to FE now can post these gifts into FE.
