Assigned Solicitor Workflow assistance
Hello All,
We are currently running a flow that sends a daily list to our team of any new donors gifting $1,000+ and details out the Assigned Fundraiser (we have this under Assigned Solicitor Last/First = Team Member’s Name, subtype = Fundraiser) whether or not a Fundraiser has been assigned to the donor. Our team would like us to build a new flow to be sent out weekly but to only detail if the donor is currently unassigned to someone on our team. We are having trouble figuring out what we need to change in this flow under the “Fundraiser” section to only output new donors who are currently unassigned. Could someone help guide us? Thank you so much!

@Jenny Burkhead - Thanks for that. I presume there are more actions that make up the flow after what is listed within your original screenshot. You'll need to re-arrange a few things starting with the “Check for fundraisers” control and the action whose output it uses in the expressions; these will need to be listed higher in the flow - from there you'll need to group the remaining actions together in the “No” side of the control split, in order to discount instances that have a fundraiser listed. You'll have to play around with this a little bit to determine the right order of things to achieve the output you're looking for.
