Error trying SKY API resource: Blackbaud Environment doesn't have access to the SKY API

I'm encountering an error while using an API resource with Altru, and I believe it may be because I'm not a partner. However, I'm not entirely sure as I couldn't find any documentation confirming this. The error indicates that the Blackbaud Environment doesn't have access to the SKY API.

Could anyone help me?

What do you mean by connected to the environment?

I installed the SKY API app from the marketplace and tried some endpoints. As I mentioned earlier, some of them prompt me to connect to the Blackbaud environment, while others work as expected.

All Endpoints from this host path “https://api.sky.blackbaud.com/alt-conmg/constituents” works for me,

But the endpoint for this host path “https://api.sky.blackbaud.com/constituent/v1” doesn't and throw the error “This SKY API service is not available in this Blackbaud Environment.”

@Ana Cabrera Thank you, I see the issue. The Constituent list endpoint you show is coming from the Constituent API for Raiser's Edge NXT. All of the Altru API's will be prefixed with Altru as in the screen shot you showed that says Altru Constituent.

When testing from the developer portal, it may be helpful to toggle on the Group by tag filter here to ensure you are only testing those from the Altru API.
