Pull multiple email addresses from 1 constituent record into a list

Hi there, very new to NXT. Called support, but just can't believe this is not something NXT can do. We've created a newsletter under Marketing / Email. Looks great. Went to create a list of all of our active email addresses to send to and cannot capture them all. Can only pull 1 per record. Have some businesses in the database with 3 or 4contacts and relationships, have individuals in there with 2 email addresses, theirs and their spouse. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can pull this info or is it true, its not possible??? ?

With RE NXT marketing email, it is not possible.

@Dolli Bross - If the emails are stored on the primary constituent's record, you can do it by sending a copy of the email to each “email type” (e.g., Email1, Email2, Email3) etc. Unfortunately, it is not possible to email to addresses stored on non-constituent or relationship records. If this is an area you were hoping for, take a look at Online Express - emailing to non-constituents is possible through that email platform.

Since this is an option in OLX, my gut tells me it's on the development calendar for NXT as well … but it might take 3-4 years to see it happen! There are a couple of posts in the Idea Bank here and here. Perhaps you can vote for them and can get it prioritized.

  • @Austen Brown. Ok, I understand that. Unfortunately the database needs some work and will have to add coding the email addresses correctly! Was hoping for an easy way, but we are not there yet. Thank you!

  • @Faith Murray Thank you. Yes, hoping it is in development!
