Deleting multiple lists in NXT
Hi, apologies if this topic has been addressed before. We have lots of lists on NXT, most of them are old and out of date and shouldn't be used. I think the answer to my question will be ‘no’, but here goes: is there anyway I can delete multiple lists in one go? It's very time consuming to open up one list and then deleting it, one by one. Is there a way of speeding up the process?

Not aware of a way you can do it by checking them off and deleting a bunch at a time.You may want to search Idea bank to see if such idea already exist and vote on it.
If you or your team got the expertise with SKY API, you can do this via custom code using SKY API, or there are partners out there that you can pay for to create this functionalities.

I think I saw it on idea bank a while ago, so will have another look and vote on it. Sadly we don't have the expertise with SKY API so I'll just have to delete one by one. Thank you for your help!0 -
@Tove Elander There are two in the idea bank. I looked last week as I was trying to clean up old lists. just search ‘delete lists’
