Contact Info from new Optimized Donation Forms
Hello,
We are testing out the functionality of the new optimized donation forms. We noticed that the donor is prompted to share their contact information after their gift is processed. It's been nearly 24 hours since we did a test of this feature, and the donor's contact information is not appearing in either NXT or the BBMS terminal. Has anyone else experienced this issue and if so, where does the contact information live if it's in neither of these places?

@Christine Robertson yes, Support helped me with the issue. We waited too long to enter contact information after making the donation. When I tested the form with them everything went through as expected.

How long is “too long”? Do you have to manually add the donor information after the batch is approved?0 -
@Keith Wilson Too long is like maybe a minute after the donation was submitted. When that happens, yes, the information has to be manually entered.

So it's possible for donors to make a gift without providing their contact info?
