Workflow question- applying workflow only to future constituents

Hi

I am trying to create a new workflow that assigns a task to one of our fundraisers when a new donation fits a certain constituent code. I have created a list to but if I activate the workflow now it will send 91 tasks to the fundraiser. I just want to initiate the workflow for any new donations that meet the criteria going forward. Is this possible?

    @Cally Sykes - The limitations of web view lists makes this difficult. You could apply a filter for “Any gift” or “Lastest gift” that looks for gifts with a date between 2/15/2024 and 12/31/2024 (or a future date).

    Because constituents can only qualify for a NXT Workflow once, it's likely that you'll need to “refresh” the workflow (by copying, recreating it) periodically, unless the goal is for a constituent to only qualify once.

    Alternatively, this would be fairly easy to set up through Power Automate, where you could customize this automation entirely to meet your exact specifications without the need for workarounds. You can learn more about Power Automate here:

    thank you so much, being a fairly new user I haven't come across power automate so I will check this out
