Using BrightVine Data Link with the BBCRM APIs

Hi, my organisation has just adopted BrightVine Data Link (BVDL) for use with BBCRM. In the first instance of exploring this product, I'm trying to pull some data from BBCRM using the SKY APIs. (Yes, I realise that I would be accessing data that exists within the same instance of BBCRM that BVDL is installed in, but it's the authorisation I'm interested in. I could also point it at the sandbox environment I guess.)

I have a lot of experience with SKY APIs but am having difficulty getting BVDL to authenticate using oAuth2, which BVDL supports.

Is anyone else using BVDL and if so what configuration has worked for you? I can post separately the steps I've tried.
