Safari log in issues

I've found a couple other threads about issues with Safari and so far the solutions in those haven't worked, or they seem to be issues related to a BB product other than Altru.

I am using an iPhone 11 running iOS 17.3, and I use Safari. When I go to app.blackbaud.com, I can log into Blackbaud itself without an issue, but then when I click on Altru under “Solutions”, I get an endless refresh loop. This has been relatively recent, so either related to an iOS update or the domain update. I have deleted all browser data/cleared the cache, and that didn't work, and this issue happens in both regular and private mode (other threads suggested that private mode was the issue).

I'm not itching to be on Altru on my phone when I'm off work, but from time to time I have had to hop on to do a quick ticketing fix on a day off, and not being able to do that would be a real hassle.
