Tracking diploma requirements?

Aside from looking at students' diploma requirements individually, how would I check on a group of students' requirements? For example, at the start of the school year, how would I look at the status of all the seniors to see who is still missing requirements?

    Following! I haven't been able to find a report that can be generated for a group of students that looks at requirements set using the diploma feature. You can grant advisors access and have them look this up one by one by viewing each of their advisees' profiles from the roster. But as you mentioned, that's a lot.

    Option 2: The grading report “Credits By Transcript Category” can be helpful, but only if you've assigned the appropriate transcript category to each course and are sure that any historical/transfer grades are associated with the appropriate transcript category at the time of import. I've built an advanced list for schools to review this information if you'd like for me to provide you with the objects and display filters I've used.

    Otherwise, I am hoping there might be something that I'm missing that would allow us to see diploma requirements for a group of students. That would be ideal!

    I only temporarily unselected Transcript Category as an inner join so that I could identify any courses that a student received credit in that were not associated with a transcript category
