How to do a hard close

I do not see an Admin page under General Ledger in order to hard close a fiscal period? I can access the fiscal years under the General Ledger settings but that is only for soft closings. Where do I go to do a hard close? Thanks!

    Currently it should be in database view : GL>Administration>Close Fiscal years.

    Now that also requires security rights, so if you have access to parts of Administration in GL but not Close Fiscal Years, it would be missing. But as long as you have the rights, you can go there to hard close years in chronolofical order from oldest to the most recent as needed.
