Report Preview - Pop Up "Invalid Property"

We are in our post go live module trainings and our project manager plans to close our project in 7 days. During this whole post live time I as the supervisor continue to lose access to reports and the ability to preview reports and get a pop up of "invalid property." It will work for a few days, then back to the pop ups. My project manager and data analyst keep telling me to open a support ticket. Which is frustrating because I believe this should be resolved before my project is closed. I felt optimistic when I could pull reports last week, but then today during a post go live module training when my project manager wanted to show me volunteer reports again I got the pop up. I've been trying to chat with support for over 30 minutes and am seeing they have a high volume.


Is this pop up a typical issue? Has anyone successfully resolved it?

  • Hello! I had the same issue, and I subscribed to this question. However, after fiddling around with it for a while myself, I discovered that RE didn't like the printer I chose (even though I was only clicking "preview," not "print").


    So I went into the "File" tab in the main RE window, and under "print setup," I chose a different default printer (in my case, I chose "Microsoft Print to PDF," because I don't really care about using a real, physical printer). Then I tried again, and it worked!
  • @Heather Bell we are receiving the same error in my office on one of our computers. But it is when we are trying to start a new gift batch. Did you get any further information on this ?
