Issues with Donor Portal

Is anyone else having issues with donors creating donor portal accounts? The last two invites I sent they received “access denied” messages. Not sure it's user error or something on Blackbaud's end isnt' working.

  • @Erika Martin We have! Put in support tickets for those issues and got ?. Very disappointed in the way that they have rolled this out and done absolutely nothing to it for over a year. It DOES NOT WORK. They do not know how to support it. You can't use the tools they give us to actually find information on who has completed their log in process or what issues they have, even though that is what it is set up to do.

    We do have a lot of donors that had 0 issues, but for the ones that do, I have no way to help them. Not an ideal situation to be put in from a customer/donor support standpoint for any product that can represent your organization. We have less than 10k users currently, and I'm not sure if we will continue to use it again next year. It will be coming up for our renewal conversation next month.
