Hi,

Trying to setup OneRoster with ClassLink and OneSync. Is there a way to include non-teacher staff in that? Thoughts and suggestions welcomed.

    use the sky api insted of oneroster it works much better they may have to give you the application ID as they have not published it in the market place. Also for one sync we were first school to set this up with sky api. We are able to write back the emails once there created. Your onbording contact should be walking you though all of this step by step.

    @Marisa PhirangeeGentles I believe I added the role “Teacher” to all non-teaching staff.
