Hi all - just starting to embark on our CRM conversion and a question has come up on whether or not there is a more tailored area to store survey questions and answers outside of the “Attributes” area. Any intel would be greatly appreciated.

    @Nancy Foster Hi Nancy, yes, there is “survey” functionality that can be used to to store these questions and answers! In the Marketing & Communications area, there is a place to set up questions, and then you can record the answers on the constituent record. This will be part of your data conversion and you can add more after you go live through the BrightVine Data Link tool (you'll learn all about that during the project!).
