Invalid Code Table Entry: Description

When we try to commit gifts using OLX for an event, we continue to receive this error code “Invalid Code Table entry: Description”. We have tried to fix the table and it worked once, then went back to the same error code. We have contacted support and they could not help us. Anyone else having issues with this?

    you will want to isolate the issue by seeing which transaction is causing it and locate the registration or donation form that caused it. Check the custom questions being asked and see what kind of attribute are used for these questions.

    A lot of time, the issue is, you ask a custom question that is tie to a “table” of values, but when you removed or changed some values in the table, but did not reopen the OLX form and re-save, the form question/answer choices does not refresh.

    @Jennifer Romine Hi Jennifer, I had a similar occurrence earlier this week and it was a specific participant attribute value in the table that resulted in the error popping up. Hope all is well with your issue now.
